Youth Innovative Incubator Program (YIIP)
Through education, personal/professional, and workforce development WYF focuses on the enrichment and empowerment of youth and young adults ages 6 – 24 years. The program approach helps students focus on leading with their competitive advantage, which includes their soft skills, communication abilities, character, analytical skills, priority management, and adaptability to ever-changing business needs & requirements.

Corporate and community involvement is essential for our success in positively impacting the lives of youth across a variety of communities. The YIIP program continues to welcome volunteers and partners to advocate with us to “Teach youth how to win in life, against all odds”, and empower youth to become social and civic change agents in their communities.
Within the framework, we partner with industry experts to deliver world-class “living-lab” experiences such as Rocketry Design, Robotics, Gaming Development, Mathematical Algorithm Design, Scientific Experiments, Forensic Investigations, and more. Through partnerships, our program has been very successful in servicing identified communities under-represented in the field of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM).
