Empowering Generations. Transforming Communities.

For over 35 years, World Youth Foundation, Inc. (WYF) has been a catalyst for community transformation, delivering powerful, youth-led programs designed to empower tomorrow's leaders today. As a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we partner with underserved communities to provide access to education, leadership opportunities, and vital resources for youth ages 4–24.

Our programming is rooted in a comprehensive ecosystem that spans AI, S.T.E.A.M., Literacy, and Workforce Development, offering students the tools they need to thrive in an evolving world. We also focus on public policy, civic engagement, and entrepreneurship, providing young people with the skills to become change agents in their communities.

WYF’s Joy of Giving Harvest Food Program is another cornerstone of our work, providing essential food resources five days a week to families in need, while empowering the larger community to live healthier, more productive lives. Our Stream of Hope Inc. global partnership has expanded our impact, delivering clean water and proper sanitation to rural communities in Ethiopia.

By partnering with professionals and strategic organizations, we build dynamic pathways for career readiness, internships, and apprenticeship opportunities, helping to equip youth for success in the workforce and beyond.

We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to lead, to innovate, and to create change. Together, we can continue to build a future where youth lead with purpose, passion, and a powerful sense of community.

Our daily goal is to educate, empower, enrich and expose youth to personal and professional opportunities that are not readily accessible at their schools, in their homes, or in their neighborhoods. In turn, the youth are able to directly play a role in uplifting their families and immediate communities with their wealth of knowledge and unique skillsets.

WYF understands that thousands of youth in low- to middle-class families are highly limited in their exposure to civic engagement, financial literacy, career development, community service, and entrepreneurship. Since April 1991, WYF has been and will continue to take an active role in closing that gap. This happens by changing the narrative and being a champion for youth success.

Futures are changed through programming, events, and partnerships.
